ChatGPT Answering Questions About Colorectal Cancer Screening

European and American experts designed questions on colorectal cancer screening and posed them to ChatGPT4. The answers were rated by 20 gastroenterology experts and 20 non-gastroenterology physicians for accuracy, completeness, and comprehensibility and by 100 Italian patients for completeness, comprehensibility, and trustability.

Reducing Unnecessary Post-ERCP Biliary Stent Placement Using a Structured Quality Improvement Initiative

Many ERCP specialists place biliary stents after complete stone clearance by ERCP—a practice not supported by guidelines. These authors report on the results of a prospective quality improvement initiative to reduce the rate of potentially unnecessary biliary stent placement after ERCP.
